If the time comes that you need a little help with the activities of daily life – such as bathing, dressing or taking medications – you’ll get the help you need in The Kenney’s 46 Lincoln Vista apartments. Located in a new state-of-the-art addition, our program is designed to ensure maximum independence and privacy in a safe, secure environment with round-the-clock attention. Three meals per day, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and all utilities including expanded basic cable television and telephone service are included in the monthly rates.

We welcome direct admissions to our Lincoln Vista residences – you do not need to be a current Independent resident of The Kenney. There is no admission fee for move in.

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Residents who have paid a non-refundable admission fee for Independent or Retirement Living receive a 10% reduction of the fees in effect when they move to Lincoln Vista for short- or long-term care.

Dogs, cats, birds and fish are welcome with an additional fee. Residents must demonstrate the ability to maintain proper control of the animal, and to meet the animal’s care needs.
