 With 34 spacious and beautiful retirement residences, the Ballymena Apartments offer all the comforts of living in your own home coupled with the freedom to get up and go at anytime. Since you provide for your own meals and housekeeping, this is the perfect choice for seniors who are active and on the move. Monthly rates include an extra storage locker and all utilities (except electricity and telephone), including expanded basic cable television service. |

Ask about options for payment of the admission fee. A portion of the admission fee may be refundable if the residency agreement is terminated within certain periods of time. Details of the refund policy are provided in the residency agreement. Dogs, cats, birds and fish are welcome with an additional fee.
Residents who join The Kenney community pay an admission fee which provides access to Assisted Living or the Nursing & Rehab Center at a reduced rate should you require either option on a short- or long-term basis.
