When you’re active and healthy and prefer a more carefree lifestyle, you’ll enjoy retirement living in The Kenney’s beautiful studio, one and two-bedroom
apartments. Residents enjoy three delicious meals a day, served at your table in our comfortable dining room. Flexible meal options also are available to
meet your needs and lifestyle. Weekly housekeeping and linen service also is provided. Retirement living residents also enjoy the convenience of
having all of their utilities, including expanded basic cable television and telephone service, included in their monthly rent. Many units also
have individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

Ask about options for payment of the admission fee. A portion of the admission fee may be refundable if the residency agreement is terminated within certain periods of time. Details of the refund policy are provided in the Residency Agreement. Dogs, cats, birds and fish are welcome with an additional fee.
Residents who join The Kenney and pay an admission fee will have priority access to Assisted Living or the Nursing & Rehab Center at a reduced rate should you require either option on a short or long-term basis. These benefits are not available on the month-to-month studio rental option.
