Residents moving into The Kenney will find a variety of spiritual experiences to enhance their retirement years. Sunday worship services, weekly Bible studies, a monthly Eucharist service and informal gatherings about faith issues are all available. Sunday afternoon worship is provided not only by The Kenney's chaplain, but also spiritual leaders from West Seattle churches. There are various classes concerning topics of interest, such as "Telling Your Story", which when finished will leave your legacy to your family. A resident grief/loss support group is also avilable.

Spiritual Activities at The Kenney

Below is a weekly schedule of activities provided by the Spiritual Service Department of The Kenney.

Tuesdays and Fridays:

9:30am - Devotions in the Health Center Activity Room

Wednesdays:

9:00am - Devotions in the Linclon Vista Parlor

Thursdays:

3:30pm - Bible Study or Faith Forum in Community Room 3

Sundays:

10:30am - Calvary Lutheran Church Service in the Chapel

3:30pm - Worship at The Kenney in Community Room 2

Quarterly Celebration of Life services are held within the community.
