Now taking reservations for residents 55+! The Row Houses (coming in 2019) are our latest addition and one of the greatest values. If you’re afraid that downsizing might cramp your lifestyle, think again! These modern homes range from 1,856 to 2,672 sq. ft. with two- or three-bedroom floor plans and an attached garage plus spacious, full-sized kitchens and private patios or balconies. Entrance fees start at $557K and are 90% refundable upon move out. Maintenance and connection to the many conveniences of The Kenney are included in one low, monthly service fee.
